At Rollium, we stand behind the quality of every caster and wheel we distribute. If something isn’t working for you, we’ll do our best to make it right.

🕒 30-Day Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a product refund.

📝 How to Start a Return

Please contact our team to request a Return Tracking Number (RTN) before sending anything back. This number must be clearly written on the outside of your return package.

✅ Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• A copy of the original packing slip must be included
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
