At a glance

  • Returns must be approved by our team before you send them.
  • Return window: 30 calendar days from delivery, for U.S. orders only.
  • Items must be new, unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging.
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to the product value.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. You pay for return shipping.

Return eligibility

You can request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Returns are accepted for orders shipped within the United States. International orders are final sale.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Brand new and unused, with no signs of wear or installation
  • Unaltered, with all original hardware and parts included
  • In their original packaging

Casters that have been installed, mounted or used cannot be returned, unless they are defective (see below).

Restocking fees and cancellations

  • Approved returns have a 25% restocking fee on the product value. It does not apply to shipping.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
  • Orders cancelled after they have been processed or shipped are treated as returns, and the same fees apply.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and tell us about any problem within 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged in shipping

Send us photos of the damaged items, the packaging and the shipping label. For freight, note the damage on the delivery receipt before you sign.

Wrong item

If we sent the wrong item, we will send a replacement or issue a credit once we confirm the error. No restocking fee applies.

Defective items

Send photos and details of how the caster was used. We review each claim and will replace, repair or refund approved claims.

Return approval required

Contact us before you ship anything back. We will confirm whether your return is eligible and send you instructions and a return authorization number. Packages sent without approval may be refused and will not be refunded.
